Extend Xpress-Kalis
Define new tailored constraints and use them
in the modeller
The release Xpress-Kalis
2008 includes a major functional extension to add tailored
constraints. The user can now enrich Xpress-Kalis
by creating his own libraries of constraints. These tailored
libraries are included in the default library in a transparent
manner and become directly available within the Mosel
language: specific and standard constraints can be used together
and in the same way.
This extension feature is particularly interesting for the
development of advanced models that require the use of complex
patterns for constraints propagation. Within this framework,
Xpress-Kalis
provides the user with original and effective ways to
take into account the specificity of the problem and find
out the most accurate and the most efficient methods for solving.
